The role oversees daily salon operations, leads the team, ensures excellent customer service, and supports sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily salon operations and staff performance.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise salon employees.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, targets, bookings, and salon performance.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and operational concerns.
- Maintain salon standards, cleanliness, and company policies.
- Support marketing, promotions, and business development activities.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers when required.
- Prepare operational and sales reports for management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Business-minded with good sales and target-oriented skills.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Beauty or salon industry experience is preferred.
