Job Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and launch of a new salon from concept to operation.
- Develop salon business plans, operational procedures, and service standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage salon staff.
- Coordinate salon licensing, permits, suppliers, and vendor relationships.
- Procure salon equipment, products, furniture, and consumables.
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
- Manage budgets, expenses, inventory, and stock control.
- Develop marketing and promotional activities to attract customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Achieve business targets and drive overall salon growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in salon, beauty, spa, or hospitality management.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing salon operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of salon services, products, inventory, and business operations.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff.
- Strong communication, sales, and business development skills.
- GCC/UAE experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
