About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day to day factory operations
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of work
- Manage factory workers, supervisors, and production teams
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
- Monitor material consumption and coordinate inventory requirements
- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operational
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with project teams regarding production requirements and delivery schedules
- Prepare production reports and maintain operational records
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing, fabrication, or production management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with health and safety standards
- UAE experience will be an advantage
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
