Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Handle sales transactions, cash, and POS operations accurately
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment
- Ensure products are properly arranged, labeled, and displayed
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom
- Support promotional activities and seasonal sales campaigns
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management on customer feedback and sales performance
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused with a passion for sales
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, gifts, or lifestyle products is an advantage
