Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth daily running of the salon, ensuring a luxury, pristine environment adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Handle VIP clients and resolve customer service issues with professionalism.
- Lead, motivate, and manage salon staff across hair, nail, and beauty departments.
- Manage shift rosters, coordinate leave schedules, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee stock levels of premium retail and professional use products, manage inventory tracking, order placements, stock takes, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure the team actively promotes retail products to clients.
- Drive salon revenue by setting and monitoring individual and team KPIs (service sales, retail sales, re booking rates).
- Plan promotions and marketing strategies in coordination with owners to attract new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, salon software data, and petty cash.
- Collaborate with finance/accounting team to review revenue summaries and operational expenses.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salon Manager, Spa Manager, or Assistant Salon Manager in a high end salon or luxury hospitality venue
- Proven track record of meeting retail and service sales targets
- Strong experience managing high end retail inventory, product stock takes, and ordering processes
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with modern salon management and booking software (e.g., Zenoti, Fresha, Shortcuts) and basic MS Excel/data entry skills
- Up to date with current beauty, hair, and nail trends

Job Summary
- As our Salon Manager, you will be the driving force behind the salon's daily success, overseeing both client satisfaction and team performance.
- You will manage day to day operations, lead a talented team, and ensure the salon meets its financial and retail sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations & Guest Experience: Oversee smooth daily running, ensure luxury environment, handle VIP clients, resolve issues.
- Team Leadership & Scheduling: Lead, motivate, manage staff, manage rosters, coordinate leave, foster collaborative environment.
- Retail & Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage inventory tracking, order placements, stock takes, minimize wastage.
- Sales & Financial Targets: Drive revenue, set and monitor KPIs, plan promotions and marketing strategies.
- Administrative Reporting: Maintain records of daily sales, salon software data, petty cash, collaborate with finance.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years as Salon Manager, Spa Manager, or Assistant Salon Manager in high end salon or luxury hospitality.
- Operations & Sales Savvy: Proven track record of meeting retail and service sales targets.
- Inventory Expertise: Strong experience managing high end retail inventory, stock takes, ordering.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, coaching, interpersonal skills.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with salon management software (Zenoti, Fresha, Shortcuts) and basic MS Excel.
- Industry Passion: Up to date with beauty, hair, nail trends.
