  • We are looking for an experienced, people oriented HR Manager to lead our recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR functions to help our salon and team thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle. Source, screen, and interview talented beauty professionals (hair stylists, nail technicians, therapists, receptionists). Coordinate practical trade tests and handle seamless onboarding.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive, collaborative, and high energy salon culture.
  • Performance & Commission Tracking: Collaborate with salon management to monitor staff performance, manage attendance/scheduling shifts, and assist in coordinating commissions, bonuses, and monthly payroll.
  • Policy & Compliance: Establish, update, and enforce salon specific policies (grooming standards, hygiene protocols, customer service etiquette). Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and licensing requirements.
  • Staff Training & Development: Coordinate product knowledge training (collaborating with premium brand partners) and customer service workshops to keep our team's skills sharp.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate digital employee records, manage leave/vacation schedules, coordinate visa processing (if applicable), and handle basic HR administrative tasks.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably within the beauty salon, luxury retail, spa, or hospitality industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with salon roles, trade testing processes, and commission based pay structures is highly advantageous.
  • Legal Compliance: In depth knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations (e.g., UAE Labor Law).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and active listening skills. Ability to connect with a diverse, multicultural team.
