About the Role
Blonde Luxury beauty lounge is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR functions for a high-end beauty salon. - Preferably in beauty salon, luxury retail, spa, or hospitality industries
- Strong familiarity with salon roles, trade testing, and commission based pay structures
- In depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law

- We are looking for an experienced, people oriented HR Manager to lead our recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: source, screen, and interview talented beauty professionals.
- Coordinate practical trade tests and handle seamless onboarding.
- Act as primary point of contact for employee queries, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive culture.
- Collaborate with salon management to monitor staff performance, manage attendance/scheduling, and assist in coordinating commissions, bonuses, and monthly payroll.
- Establish, update, and enforce salon specific policies (grooming standards, hygiene protocols, customer service etiquette).
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate product knowledge training and customer service workshops.
- Maintain accurate digital employee records, manage leave/vacation schedules, coordinate visa processing, and handle basic HR administrative tasks.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably within beauty salon, luxury retail, spa, or hospitality industries.
- Strong familiarity with salon roles, trade testing processes, and commission based pay structures is highly advantageous.
- In depth knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations (e.g., UAE Labor Law).
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
