- Design and architect end to end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Provide expert guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and coach developers on Salesforce development best practices
- Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
- Manage data migration and data quality initiatives
- Define and enforce Salesforce governance policies, security controls, and compliance standards
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including solution architecture diagrams
- Effectively communicate technical solutions to non technical stakeholders
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Experience in a technical leadership role overseeing Salesforce development teams
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce), and Lightning component development
- Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and tools (REST, SOAP, APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Job Description
- As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
