Salesforce Engineer

Salesforce Platform Developer I or equivalent demonstrable development experience.

Salesforce Administrator certification or strong demonstrable Salesforce administration capability is desirable.

Marketing Cloud certification is desirable but not required.

Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL and Lightning technologies.

Practical Salesforce administration experience including users, permissions, security, objects, fields, configuration and Flow.

Experience working with integrations and APIs, including REST and/or SOAP.

Experience using Git and working within a structured deployment or CI/CD process.

Experience identifying opportunities to automate repeatable technical or administrative activities.

Strong engineering and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on automation, reliability and continuous improvement.

Data management and relational database knowledge, including data formats, joins and ETL concepts.

Strong understanding of Salesforce development, deployment and platform best practices.
