About the Role
TAT IT Technologies seeks a Salesforce Consultant with real estate domain expertise for a client in Sharjah. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring Salesforce (objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards), and leading end-to-end implementations.

- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions to understand business processes
- Design and configure Salesforce applications including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and automation flows
- Develop and implement process automation using Salesforce Flow, approval processes, and other declarative tools
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
- Lead or support end to end Salesforce implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go live support
- Customize Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and collaborate with developers for Apex code, Lightning components, and advanced functionality
- Manage user security by configuring roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and ensuring proper access control
- Support integration of Salesforce with external enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, and marketing platforms using APIs or middleware tools
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field
- 4 6 years of Salesforce implementation, customization, or CRM consulting
- Hands on experience with Salesforce platform in Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud
- Proven Salesforce configuration skills including objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
- Experience in at least one full end to end Salesforce implementation lifecycle
- Integration project experience involving ERP systems, APIs, or third party applications
- Real Estate Domain experience
- Exposure to data migration, data cleansing, and data management activities
- Experience in user support, training, and change management activities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project environments

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of Salesforce implementation, customization, or CRM consulting.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce platform in one or more clouds (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud).
- Experience in gathering business requirements and converting them into Salesforce solutions.
- Proven Salesforce configuration skills including objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience in at least one full end to end Salesforce implementation lifecycle (requirement to go live).
- Integration project experience involving ERP systems, APIs, or third party applications.
- Exposure to data migration, data cleansing, and data management activities.
- Experience in user support, training, and change management activities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project environments is an advantage.
