About the Role
HireAlpha is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant for an onsite role in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 7+ years of experience and expertise in Journey Builder, SQL, Email Development, Cloud Pages, and AMPscript.

Responsibilities
- Setting up campaigns and communications (plans & schedules)
- Creating data segmentation and targeting based on campaign requirements and available data extensions and data filters
- Scheduling and deployment of email marketing, SMS and Push Notifications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using SFMC and other platforms
- Working closely with IT team on development, integration and other custom requirements
- Create multi market email templates using AMPscript
- Create customer journey based on Communication strategy on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (using Journey Builder/Automation Studio)
- Validate data points and quality to facilitate efficient customer communications
- Setup and validate Loyalty promotions on the loyalty tool to feed into customer journey and campaigns
- Deliver on using A/B Testing and other metrics for communication performance
- Monitor dispatch metrics using key KPIs such as dispatch SLA, first pass accuracy, on time delivery, time to market
- Links and Landing Page management on Content Management System (CMS)
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, integrations, HTML/CSS, SQL, AMPscript, Automations/Journey, Email, SMS, Data Extensions, Admin, CRM
- Proficiency in Journey Builder, SQL, Email Development, Cloud Pages, Administration, WhatsApp, Mobile Push, Solution Design, API & Integration, Email Marketing
- Good development skills (programming)
