About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end technology delivery for GTB applications including Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Collections
- Support the successful implementation of integrations between GTB applications and the Core Banking platform
- Act as the primary technology interface between Business, Technology, and Project Implementation teams
- Ensure alignment of GTB technology delivery with the overall Core Banking Transformation roadmap
- Manage multiple technology delivery streams, ensuring projects are delivered within approved scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Review and approve delivery plans prepared by Technology Delivery Managers
- Manage cross functional dependencies, resource planning, and integration activities across GTB platforms
- Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
- Lead integration initiatives between GTB applications and Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking
- Drive requirements management, gap analysis, and integration solutioning
- Support system integration and data migration activities during Core Banking transformation programs
- Ensure successful implementation and support of Core Banking transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience implementing Core Banking Systems, preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE
- Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE modules such as FCUBS, OBTF, OBTFPM, OBLM, OBVAM, OBP, OBDX
- Strong experience in Requirements Management, Gap Analysis, and Integration Solutioning
- Proven experience in System Integrations, Data Migration, and Core Banking Transformation Programs
- Experience managing, implementing, integrating, and supporting Core Banking transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with Information Security Operations and Incident Management

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced GTB Technology Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives as part of a large scale Core Banking Transformation Program.
- The role will be responsible for leading end to end technology delivery for Global Transaction Banking (GTB) applications, ensuring seamless integration between GTB platforms and the Core Banking system across multiple geographies.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Core Banking implementations, system integrations, data migration, and technology delivery management within the banking domain.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Candidates with strong implementation experience in other Core Banking platforms such as Finacle, Temenos T24, or TCS BaNCS may also be considered.
- Strong experience in Requirements Management, Gap Analysis, Integration Solutioning.
- Proven experience in System Integrations, Data Migration, Core Banking Transformation Programs.
- Experience managing, implementing, integrating, and supporting Core Banking transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Information Security Operations and Incident Management.
