Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business processes to identify AI automation opportunities
- Build and prototype AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Appian, or similar Low Code/No Code platforms
- Gather and document business & functional requirements (BRD/FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver AI enabled solutions
- Ensure governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices within a regulated banking environment
- Work in Agile delivery teams and support iterative solution development
Requirements
- 5 8 years of Business Analysis / Digital Transformation / Process Automation experience
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Appian, Power Platform, or similar automation tools
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Workflows, and Workflow Automation
- Experience in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and requirement gathering
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred

Position Overview
