We are seeking an experienced Core Banking Technology Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE or equivalent core banking platforms.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end implementation and delivery of Oracle FLEXCUBE or equivalent core banking solutions
- Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and prepare functional and technical solution recommendations
- Design and manage integrations between core banking platforms and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, messaging systems, and batch interfaces
- Plan and oversee data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and production migration
- Coordinate cross functional teams throughout project planning, development, testing, go live, and post production support
- Ensure successful execution of core banking transformation programs while maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and governance
- Collaborate with information security, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure secure and compliant implementations
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, production issue resolution, and continuous service improvement
- Manage relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and business stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Provide technical guidance on Oracle FLEXCUBE product configurations, banking processes, and integration architecture
Requirements
- Hands on implementation experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS, OBTF, OBTFPM, OBLM, OBVAM, OBP, OBDX) or equivalent platforms such as Temenos T24, Infosys Finacle, or TCS BaNCS
- Strong experience in requirements management, business analysis, and gap analysis
- Expertise in enterprise system integration, API design, middleware technologies, and integration solutioning
- Proven experience managing complex data migration and system integration initiatives
- Experience delivering large scale core banking transformation programs
- Good understanding of banking information security principles and incident management processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Core Banking Technology Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE or equivalent core banking platforms (Temenos T24, Infosys Finacle, or TCS BaNCS).
- The successful candidate will lead end to end delivery of core banking transformation initiatives, including solution design, system integration, data migration, implementation, and production support.
- This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of complex banking transformation programs.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle SOA Suite, IBM MQ, Kafka, ESB, and microservices.
- Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022, payment systems, trade finance, cash management, and treasury integrations.
- Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery methodologies.
