Role Description

Leads a specialized team to achieve sales targets, develop strategies, and manage client relationships within a specific business unit or region.

The role is responsible for implementing sales processes, monitoring KPIs, and driving team performance through effective leadership and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
  • Meet with potential clients and build long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, provide training and coaching, and monitor their performance.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to address them.
  • Ensure that company targets are met by conducting regular check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in sales management within a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of success across the full sales cycle, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
  • experience in insurance field.
