Job Summary

Responsible for driving the sales of all insurance products to new and existing clients.

This role involves identifying and managing sales opportunities, developing an in-depth understanding of client insurance needs, and positioning the company as the preferred insurance partner, ultimately achieving successful closures in line with annual targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate new business in line with annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing support, information, guidance, and efficiently addressing product-related inquiries.
  • Maintain a rich pipeline of new prospects, ensuring that detailed and accurate information is captured to successfully close opportunities.
  • Ensure that issued policies align with internal underwriting guidelines, company standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain service quality.
  • Prepare and submit periodical sales reports to management, ensuring reports are detailed, accurate, and contain all required information.
  • Understand and adhere to all compliance requirements, including but not limited to reporting suspicious transactions, maintaining company records, and attending mandatory compliance training sessions.
  • Provide timely support and unrestricted access to information for compliance audits or requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to two (2) years of relevant experience in insurance or sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
