Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop sales teams through classroom, online, and practical in-store coaching.
The role combines theoretical training with hands-on branch training so employees can apply sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is full-time and based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Training is delivered in classrooms or online and through practical coaching inside retail branches.
- The role may require work across different branches in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical sales training programs.
- Conduct sessions on sales techniques, customer engagement, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Coach employees on the job and provide feedback during customer interactions.
- Support onboarding, identify training gaps, and recommend development actions.
- Develop training materials and exercises, coordinate schedules, and monitor employee progress.
Qualifications
- Require 2–5 years of experience in sales, retail sales, sales training, or a related field.
- Previous fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail experience is highly preferred.
- Require strong sales and customer service knowledge, presentation and communication skills, and the ability to engage different learners.
- Require practical classroom and in-store training capability, coaching and interpersonal skills, and strong Arabic communication.
- English communication is an advantage.
