We are looking for an experienced **Retail Sales Trainer** to train and develop our showroom sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the sales performance of staff by providing training on sales techniques, customer handling, product presentation, communication skills, and body language.
Key Responsibilities
- Train showroom sales staff on effective **sales techniques and closing strategies**
- Conduct training sessions on **customer service, communication, and body language**
- Guide staff on **product presentation and upselling techniques**
- Observe sales staff performance and provide **feedback and coaching**
- Develop training materials and conduct **practical role-play sessions**
- Monitor improvement in sales performance after training
- Support management in building a **high-performing sales team**
Requirements
- Proven experience as a **Sales Trainer / Retail Trainer / Sales Coach**
- Experience in **retail or showroom sales environment**
- Strong knowledge of **sales techniques and customer psychology**
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills**
- Ability to motivate and coach sales staff
- Strong observation and feedback skills
Preferred
- Experience training **electronics / retail showroom sales staff**
- Minimum **2–3 years experience in sales training**
