Sales Team Lead

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Assist team members in closing high-value deals and negotiations.
• Ensure proper CRM usage and maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches in the UAE real estate market.
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and UAE real estate laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in UAE real estate sales.
• **Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role is mandatory.**
• Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE property market and sales practices.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
