We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to oversee and manage a team of real estate sales professionals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer service standards within the organization.
The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Assist team members in closing high-value deals and negotiations.
- Ensure proper CRM usage and maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches in the UAE real estate market.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and UAE real estate laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in UAE real estate sales.
- **Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role is mandatory.**
- Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE property market and sales practices.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
