- Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients and investors
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Handle property sales and leasing inquiries professionally
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach
- Maintain regular follow ups with prospective and existing clients
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
- Keep updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the transaction process
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in real estate sales, relationship management, or client servicing in the UAE
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven and self motivated personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Multilingual candidates are an added advantage
