- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations to clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to ensure successful closures
- Stay updated with UAE real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum 1 4 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of UAE property market and regulations
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Job Overview
