- Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers
- Develop portfolio growth strategies to maximize returns and occupancy levels
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities within the UAE real estate market
- Advise clients on property investments, acquisitions, and portfolio diversification
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports for management and clients
- Coordinate with sales, leasing, and marketing teams to ensure portfolio objectives are achieved
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and property agreements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in portfolio management, real estate brokerage, or property investment within the UAE
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and investment landscape
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and financial reporting abilities
- Proven ability to manage high value portfolios and client accounts
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- UAE driving license is preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage

Overview
- Seeking an experienced and strategic Portfolio Manager to join our firm in the UAE.
- Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of properties and clients, developing investment strategies, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring maximum portfolio performance and client satisfaction.
