Role Overview
The employer is hiring for a Field Sales Team Leader in Dubai.
The role leads sales performance management, recruitment, coaching, account management, strategic growth, and CRM adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop systems and processes to measure and report sales team performance.
- Set minimum performance standards with individual sales managers based on experience, competencies, and territory.
- Develop and continuously implement a sales recruitment process.
- Grow the sales team through hands-on coaching, role-play practice, and a success guide.
- Manage sales and servicing for up to two or three major accounts.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand customer base and sales revenue.
- Promote real-time CRM maintenance in conjunction with the sales process.
Requirements
- Field sales team leadership responsibility.
- Responsibility for coaching sales staff and managing individual performance standards.
- Responsibility for account management and sales revenue growth.
