يعمل المساعد التنفيذي للمدير العام في مجال الأعمال والاستراتيجية بشكل وثيق مع المدير العام عبر المبيعات والاستراتيجية وتطوير الأعمال والمشاريع والعمليات ومبادرات الإدارة.
يركز الدور على التنفيذ والمتابعة والمساءلة ونمو الأعمال، وليس على الأعمال السكرتارية التقليدية أو إدارة التقويمات فقط.
يوفر الدور مساراً محتملاً للنمو مستقبلاً إلى مستوى نائب أو مدير عام داخل المؤسسة.
إدارة الاجتماعات والتنفيذ
- حضور الاجتماعات الداخلية والخارجية المهمة مع المدير العام وفهم القرارات والالتزامات والنتائج المتوقعة.
- إعداد نقاط العمل ومحاضر الاجتماعات بعد الاجتماعات.
- متابعة كل التزامات الفرق والعملاء والاستشاريين والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان إنجاز الالتزامات ضمن الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها وتصعيد التأخيرات والعوائق والقضايا الحرجة.
الأعمال والمبيعات
- فهم المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال والمشاريع والمنتجات والعملاء وشبكة شركاء القنوات بعمق.
- فهم مسار المبيعات وعروض الأسعار والطلبات وخط أنابيب المشاريع والفرص المهمة.
- المشاركة في مناقشات العملاء والمشاريع الاستراتيجية.
- متابعة الفرص المهمة وضمان اتخاذ الفرق المعنية للإجراءات في الوقت المناسب.
