We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to oversee and optimize the management of our sales leads and client engagement process.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, data-savvy, and confident managing the sales pipeline from initial inquiry through conversion.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless lead tracking, proactive engagement, and continuous process improvement.

Lead Management & Tracking
- Oversee the full lead lifecycle, from initial inquiry to qualification, handoff, or conversion.
- Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.
- Qualify inbound leads using predefined criteria and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prioritize high-potential leads to support stronger conversion outcomes.
Sales Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned lead generation efforts.
- Monitor lead performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
- Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the appropriate sales team members.
- Identify pipeline gaps and support initiatives to generate new leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales support, lead management, or CRM administration.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, customer journeys, and follow-up best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency with Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Salary Range
- 3,500 – 4,000 AED (based on experience and qualifications)
- Work Visa sponsorship
- Medical Insurance (as per UAE law)
- Training and professional development support
Type
Full-time, on-site position.
*Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.*
