- Engage professionally with customers interested in buying, selling, or exchanging vehicles
- Understand customer requirements and guide them through the sales or vehicle buying process
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, condition, and benefits
- Build trusted customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Assist with sourcing and purchasing high quality vehicles that meet stock requirements
- Evaluate vehicle pricing based on condition, specifications, market demand, and resale potential
- Negotiate professionally with vehicle owners and customers to secure commercially successful agreements
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the UAE automotive market, competitor pricing, and inventory demand
- Follow up consistently with leads, enquiries, and existing customers to maximize conversion
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and transaction information within CRM system
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in automotive sales, vehicle purchasing, sourcing, or similar customer facing automotive role
- Strong communication, relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good knowledge of vehicles, market pricing, automotive specifications, and customer buying behaviour
- Confident, professional, and customer focused approach with strong drive to achieve targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, competitive dealership environment
- Fluency in English required

Job Overview

- We are looking for a Car Sales & Purchasing Executive to support vehicle sales, customer acquisition, and sourcing of high quality used cars.
Key Responsibilities Customer Sales & Relationship Management
- Engage professionally with customers interested in buying, selling, or exchanging vehicles.
- Understand each customer’s requirements and guide them through the complete sales or vehicle buying process.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, condition, and benefits clearly and accurately.
- Build trusted customer relationships that encourage referrals, loyalty, and repeat business.
Vehicle Purchasing & Market Evaluation
- Assist with sourcing and purchasing high quality vehicles that meet ALBA CARS’ stock requirements.
- Evaluate vehicle pricing based on condition, specifications, market demand, and current resale potential.
- Negotiate professionally with vehicle owners and customers to secure commercially successful agreements.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the UAE automotive market, competitor pricing, inventory demand, and purchasing criteria.
Sales Performance & Team Collaboration
- Follow up consistently with leads, enquiries, and existing customers to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and transaction information within the company’s CRM system.
- Work closely with the Sales and Purchasing teams to achieve stock acquisition and revenue objectives.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and purchasing targets through effective communication, negotiation, and follow up.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales, vehicle purchasing, sourcing, or a similar customer facing automotive role.
- Strong communication, relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicles, market pricing, automotive specifications, and customer buying behaviour.
- Confident, professional, and customer focused approach with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, competitive, and performance driven dealership environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales leads is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: £4,200–£12,800 per month, based on experience and performance.
- Target based incentive structure with commission potential.
- UAE work visa sponsorship.
- Medical insurance in accordance with UAE requirements.
- 30 days of paid annual leave.
- Structured training and ongoing management support.
Work Arrangement
- Full time, on site position.
- Remote or hybrid work is not available.
- Candidates must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to the UAE.
