- Design, implement, and maintain scalable database architectures using Supabase and MongoDB
- Deploy and manage AI agents, including Openclaw, Hermes, and Cowork, across multiple operational use cases
- Build production ready applications and internal systems using modern AI assisted development workflows
- Monitor system reliability, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve performance as usage grows
- Build, maintain, and scale workflow automations using n8n, Make, and Zapier
- Integrate third party APIs and connect systems across business functions from end to end
- Develop reliable data flows between databases, AI agents, CRMs, ERPs, and external platforms
- Create clear technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and system dependencies
- Customize and extend CRM and ERP platforms to support real operational requirements
- Translate business challenges into practical, maintainable technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, test implementations, and deliver improvements
- Take ownership of systems from initial architecture and development through deployment and ongoing support
Requirements
- Several years of hands on experience building and supporting production systems
- Proven experience creating workflow automations with n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Strong proficiency with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex
- Solid database architecture experience using Supabase and MongoDB
- Practical experience deploying AI agents such as Openclaw, Hermes, or Cowork
- Strong API development and third party integration capabilities
- A portfolio of shipped systems that you can explain and demonstrate during the interview process

Overview
- We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and own production grade systems powered by modern AI development tools, automation platforms, databases, and intelligent agents.
- This role is suited to an experienced, hands on developer who thinks in databases, APIs, workflows, and scalable system architecture—not isolated prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable database architectures using Supabase and MongoDB.
- Deploy and manage AI agents, including Openclaw, Hermes, and Cowork, across multiple operational use cases.
- Build production ready applications and internal systems using modern AI assisted development workflows.
- Monitor system reliability, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve performance as usage grows.

Requirements

- Proven experience creating workflow automations with n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Strong proficiency with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
- Solid database architecture experience using Supabase and MongoDB.
- Practical experience deploying AI agents such as Openclaw, Hermes, or Cowork.
- Strong API development and third party integration capabilities.
- A portfolio of shipped systems that you can explain and demonstrate during the interview process.
- Experience with Python, Odoo, ReactJS, Node.js, Vite, Tailwind CSS, or hands on CRM and ERP customization will be an advantage.

- Competitive Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated technical ability
