Overview
We are seeking a Sales Support Analyst (Officer level) to join our growing SSIM Middle East & Africa (MEA) Client Coverage team.
You will be part of an ambitious and entrepreneurial business development team covering a range of client segments with a focus on Intermediary and Institutional Clients.
Product coverage will span the full range of State Street Investment Management capabilities including passive equities, global fixed income, cash, ETF’s, quantitative and fundamental equities, multi-asset, Private Markets and OCIO solutions.
The individual will gain exposure to whole MEA region, and will provide critical support to the sales team across RFP support, pipeline management, roadshows and business development activities.
We want you to develop a deep understanding of the SSIM franchise in the Middle East and Africa MEA region to advance our pipeline and actively contribute to the region’s annual gross and net new revenue targets.

The position offers strong exposure to institutional and intermediary clients, as well as SSIM’s full product suite including ETFs, mutual funds, fixed income, equities, and multi-asset solutions.
• Sales & Business Support
+ Support the sales team in managing and progressing the regional sales pipeline
+ Assist in the preparation of client meeting materials, presentations, and follow-ups
+ Coordinate and contribute to RFPs, DDQs, and client information requests
+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM systems
• Client & Relationship Support
+ Support the team in delivering timely and high-quality responses to sales-related client queries
+ Coordinate logistics for client meetings, roadshows, and events
• Product & Market Support
- + Develop a working knowledge of SSIM’s product offering across asset classes
- + Support the team with product materials, performance updates, and competitor analysis
- + Liaise with internal teams (investment, product, marketing) to gather relevant information
- Internal Coordination
- + Work closely with internal stakeholders including investment teams, marketing, legal, and operations
- + Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements
- + Support reporting requirements including pipeline tracking and sales activity reporting
Qualifications
- What we would love you to be:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
- Entry-level experience in asset management, financial services, or a related role
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Co-Pilot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
