Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee sales activities, achieve targets, build customer and channel relationships, and manage merchandising and stock activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
- Build relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers, and channel partners.
- Develop sales opportunities, maintain the sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Analyze sales, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Plan merchandising strategies, product ranges, store layouts, and shelf displays.
- Monitor stock movement, availability, promotions, markdowns, and clearance activities.
- Forecast sales and profits and support budget planning.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and other departments.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure company policies and standards are followed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and Saudi market developments.
- Provide regular sales, market, and competitor reports to management.
Key Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in sales, retail, FMCG, or merchandising.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of sales forecasting, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to SAR 8,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
