- Supervise and support Sales Executives to achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor field sales activities and ensure effective territory coverage
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers
- Ensure product availability, merchandising standards, and promotional execution across retail outlets
- Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor customer satisfaction, competitor activities, and market trends
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity
- Coordinate with distributors and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and product availability
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution, retail operations, and merchandising
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
