About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Control professional for our bakery to ensure all products meet quality, food safety, and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on bakery production experience and knowledge of HACCP and Dubai Municipality regulations.

- Inspect bakery products for quality, taste, texture, appearance, and consistency
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards
- Check the quality of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, food safety, and Dubai Municipality regulations
- Maintain quality inspection records and report non conformities
- Coordinate with production team to implement corrective actions
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout production
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Bakery, or related field
- 1–3 years of bakery quality control or production experience in the UAE
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and Dubai Municipality regulations
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced bakery production environment

Job Summary
