Position Overview

  • Position: Sales Supervisor
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Role Purpose: Accountable for achievement of sales projection within assigned area/territory. Lead a team of field force sales professionals to achieve sales targets. Ensure long term partnership with customers and key opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed sales objectives and market share targets for assigned territory.
  • Execute sales activities and initiatives necessary to deliver business objectives.
  • Participate in sales forecasting, business planning, and resource allocation.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure effective execution of brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Medical Representatives.
  • Foster a high performance culture and cultivate a winning team attitude.
  • Conduct regular field coaching sessions and provide constructive performance feedback.
  • Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for team members.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor sales force productivity through visit plans, field coaching reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure effective territory management and customer coverage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE is required.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in team leadership, coaching, or mentoring is preferred.
