Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed sales objectives and market share targets for assigned territory
- Execute sales activities and initiatives necessary to deliver business objectives
- Participate in sales forecasting, business planning, and resource allocation
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to address gaps
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Medical Representatives
- Conduct regular field coaching sessions and provide constructive performance feedback
- Monitor sales force productivity through visit plans and performance dashboards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in team leadership, coaching, or mentoring is preferred

Position Overview
- Position: Sales Supervisor
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Role Purpose: Accountable for achievement of sales projection within assigned area/territory. Lead a team of field force sales professionals to achieve sales targets. Ensure long term partnership with customers and key opinion leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed sales objectives and market share targets for assigned territory.
- Execute sales activities and initiatives necessary to deliver business objectives.
- Participate in sales forecasting, business planning, and resource allocation.
- Continuously monitor sales performance and take corrective actions.
- Ensure effective execution of brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Medical Representatives.
- Foster a high performance culture and cultivate a winning team attitude.
- Conduct regular field coaching sessions and provide constructive performance feedback.
- Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for team members.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor sales force productivity through visit plans, field coaching reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure effective territory management and customer coverage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE is required.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in team leadership, coaching, or mentoring is preferred.
