Job Purpose

  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, enhancing market share, and leading a team of Key Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Executives to achieve sales objectives.
  • Monitor team performance through field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and drive market share growth.
  • Manage strategic key accounts and support commercial objectives.
  • Provide market insights and competitor activity feedback to management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales, activity, and forecasting reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including team leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong coaching, negotiation, business development, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
