Work closely with the Sales Manager, Key Account team, and other internal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Key Accounts, FMCG, Retail, or a similar role.
- FMCG or food distribution experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good English and Arabic communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager with daily sales activities, reports, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Communicate with key account customers regarding stock, promotions, orders, listings, and other sales-related matters.
- Request and analyze QOH (Quantity on Hand) and customer stock reports.
- Monitor out-of-stock, low-stock, slow-moving, and overstocked items.
- Track product availability and distribution gaps across customer branches.
- Maintain and follow up on promotional plans and promotional calendars.
- Prepare regular competitor promotion and market activity reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing, discounts, new products, displays, and promotional activities.
- Review merchandising reports and follow up with Merchandising Supervisors and teams on execution issues.
- Track OOS, missing products, incorrect prices, displays, and other store-level issues.
- Prepare sales, stock, promotion, and performance reports for management.
- Maintain customer, SKU, promotion, and commercial trackers.
