Seeking an experienced Merchandisers Supervisor with a background in merchandising services, field marketing, or retail execution.
The role supervises field merchandisers, manages daily operations, and handles client requirements and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise merchandisers across assigned locations and stores and monitor their attendance, punctuality, performance, and daily activities.
- Plan and monitor store visits, coverage, product arrangement, displays, replenishment, pricing, promotions, and planogram compliance.
- Conduct field visits, monitor KPIs and service levels, and identify operational issues for resolution.
- Coordinate communication among the company, merchandisers, clients, Operations, and HR.
- Prepare performance reports, follow up on client feedback and complaints, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Train and coach merchandisers and monitor competitors, market activity, promotions, and product placement when required.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in merchandising services, field marketing, or retail execution.
- Strong FMCG market knowledge and experience providing merchandising services to FMCG clients.
- Understanding of retail execution, product visibility, shelf availability, planograms, promotions, and in-store execution.
- Supervisor, team leader, or field supervisor experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills, with good MS Office and Excel knowledge.
- Ability to conduct frequent field visits and travel between assigned locations.
- At least one year of experience supervising a team of merchandisers is required.

- The role is performed in person and includes frequent field visits between assigned locations.
