Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with wholesale clients, understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage Joint Business Plans, support timely payments, and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify and approach new wholesale customers to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
• Organize shelves during supermarket and hypermarket visits.
• Resolve in-store issues, track product availability, and maintain visibility standards.
• Record visits using the Shelvz app and cover retail and wholesale customers during field routes.
• Stay updated on product information and competitor activity.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Log activities in the company portal and coordinate with supervisors and teams.
• Provide reports and insights on customer behavior and market potential.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in food distribution.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Fieldwork experience and ability to multitask.
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the Saudi wholesale market and retailers.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in the same field.
• Valid driving license.

Workplace and Location

• The role is based in Jeddah and requires field work on the road.
• Reliable commuting or relocation to Jeddah before starting work is required.

Employment and Pay

• The position is full-time.
• Pay is SAR 2,500 per month.
