Requirements
- Proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management in a B2B environment
- Experience in training, such as delivering product walkthroughs and user onboarding
- Sales management capabilities including forecasting and performance tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Saudi nationals preferred and should have Saudi driving license

Role Description
- The Sales Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah, responsible for driving adoption of Maalexi’s platform among agricultural ecosystem participants, including suppliers, buyers, and financial partners.
Day to Day Activities
- Identifying and qualifying prospects
- Conducting product demonstrations
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts
- Providing responsive customer service, handling inquiries and issues
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post sale support
Qualifications
- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management in a B2B environment
- Experience in Training, such as delivering product walkthroughs, user onboarding, and platform education sessions
- Sales Management capabilities, including forecasting, performance tracking, and contributing to sales strategy
- Experience in agriculture, commodities, fintech, or B2B technology platforms is highly beneficial
- Comfort working in a fast paced, data driven environment and adapting to new tools and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for local stakeholder engagement
- Saudi nationals are preferred and should have Saudi driving license
