Role Description

  • The Sales Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah, responsible for driving adoption of Maalexi’s platform among agricultural ecosystem participants, including suppliers, buyers, and financial partners.

Day to Day Activities

  • Identifying and qualifying prospects
  • Conducting product demonstrations
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts
  • Providing responsive customer service, handling inquiries and issues
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post sale support

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management in a B2B environment
  • Experience in Training, such as delivering product walkthroughs, user onboarding, and platform education sessions
  • Sales Management capabilities, including forecasting, performance tracking, and contributing to sales strategy
  • Experience in agriculture, commodities, fintech, or B2B technology platforms is highly beneficial
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, data driven environment and adapting to new tools and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for local stakeholder engagement
  • Saudi nationals are preferred and should have Saudi driving license
