Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and customer acquisition targets
- Existing network and relationships with importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, food service companies, manufacturers, or commodity traders in Saudi Arabia
- Experience in food and agricultural commodities, supply chain, logistics, trade finance, fintech, or related industries
- Strong business development, prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills in both English and Arabic
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment

Role Overview
- The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full time, on site position based in Jeddah.
- The specialist will identify and engage potential customers, present Maalexi’s platform and solutions, and manage the end to end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Daily activities include building and maintaining client relationships, delivering product demonstrations, gathering market intelligence, and coordinating with internal teams to refine offerings and messaging.
- The role also involves developing and executing local marketing initiatives, supporting brand awareness campaigns, and providing training and guidance to customers to ensure effective platform adoption.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Existing network and relationships with importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, food service companies, manufacturers, or commodity traders in Saudi Arabia are highly preferred.
- Experience in food and agricultural commodities, supply chain, logistics, trade finance, fintech, or related industries is highly advantageous.
- Strong business development, prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills in both English and Arabic are preferred.
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment.
