Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B customers across Saudi Arabia
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, networking, and cold outreach
- Build relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, processors, food service companies, and commodity traders
- Promote Maalexi's technology enabled trade, logistics, warehousing, financing, and supply chain solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close transactions
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets
- Maintain strong post sale relationships to maximize repeat business and customer retention
- Gather market intelligence, competitor information, pricing trends, and customer feedback
- Work closely with operations, logistics, finance, and customer success teams
- Represent Maalexi at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience within food, agricultural commodities, FMCG, logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, supply chain, or related industries
- Fluency in English is required
- Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field is preferred

Role Description
- This is a frontline business development role for an experienced sales professional passionate about acquiring customers and closing high value commercial transactions.
- Based in Jeddah, you will develop new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia by engaging importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, food service companies, hospitality groups, processors, and commodity traders.
- You will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to account management.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience within food, agricultural commodities, FMCG, logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, supply chain, or related industries.
- Existing network with importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, hospitality businesses, or commodity traders in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, and closing commercial transactions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Highly self motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
- Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
