Job Summary

  • Saeed Ahmed Al Mahroos & Sons Co., a leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking motivated and customer focused Saudi Salesmen to join our sales team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and ensuring excellent product visibility across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned customers and outlets according to the planned route schedule.
  • Promote and sell the company's FMCG products to retail, wholesale, and key customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at customer locations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and acquire new customers to expand market coverage.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain company assets, sales tools, and product samples responsibly.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Saudi National (Mandatory).
  • High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous sales experience in FMCG is preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Basic computer and mobile application skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic; English communication skills are an advantage.
