- Prepare, submit, and follow up on tenders, bids, and contracts through ETIMAD
- Handle NUPCO procurement activities, including product registration, pricing, supply schedules, and compliance documentation
- Ensure all catering operations meet health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Supervise catering staff, assign duties, and ensure high service performance
- Coordinate with suppliers, government entities, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control measures
- Prepare operational reports, financial summaries, and performance evaluations
- Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, hospitals, and institutional clients
- Ensure timely delivery of meals, supplies, and services according to contract requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role
- Mandatory experience with NUPCO and ETIMAD platforms
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tendering systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to manage large scale catering operations and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (SFDA, HACCP preferred)
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
