- Manage a sales pipeline, prepare proposals, run client meetings and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and follow up on leads
- Maintain detailed records in CRM tools
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics
- Gather market feedback to help refine offerings and contribute to long term client relationships
Requirements
- Strong skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and needs analysis
- Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- High level of professionalism, resilience, and adaptability
- Comfort working in an on site environment in Doha, Qatar
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in B2B sales
- Prior experience in consulting, technology, or business solutions sales is an advantage
