Role Description

  • As a Marketing Agency Sales Executive, you will drive new business opportunities and generate revenue for our agency.
  • You will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and actively prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end to end sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster long term partnerships.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with account managers, creatives, and strategists.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
  • Networking and Industry Events: Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • 5+ years of Agency sales experience.
  • Must be available in Qatar.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self motivated, driven, and results oriented.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong business acumen and market awareness.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
