Role Description

  • The Executive Account Manager is a full time, on site role based in Doha, Qatar.
  • This role is responsible for managing key client accounts, building long term relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for strategic clients.
  • Day to day tasks include understanding client objectives, analyzing business challenges, coordinating tailored solutions with internal teams, and overseeing project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and performance outcomes.
  • The Executive Account Manager will prepare proposals, lead client meetings, track account performance, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services.
  • The role also involves maintaining accurate account records, reporting on key metrics, and collaborating with leadership to refine account strategies and improve service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development, preferably in a solutions driven or consultancy environment.
  • Strong skills in needs analysis, problem solving, and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate client pain points into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in account management or project management are an advantage.
  • Comfort working in an on site environment in Doha, Qatar, with cultural awareness and adaptability to regional business practices.
  • Proficiency in common business software and CRM tools; familiarity with data analysis and reporting to track account performance is beneficial.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross functional teams to deliver tailored, results oriented solutions for clients.
