Responsibilities
- Hunt new Private Cloud opportunities and support field sales teams throughout the sales process
- Create and run campaigns and marketing activities within the region to grow local footprint
- Cold acquisition per email or phone on a daily basis
- Support the entire sales cycle from cold calls to qualification, POC, and close
- Utilize organizational resources to strengthen customer confidence in Juniper
- Manage consistent and clear communication
- Lead and champion capturing greater market share in CRDC
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales achievement
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive technical or technical sales roles in Data Centre networking
- Key industry and customer (CxO) relationships in Data Centre networking industry
- Experience selling high tech products (hardware, software, services)
- Prior CRDC sales experience mandatory
- Extensive knowledge of channels (Distis, VARs, SIs, Carriers) across the region
- Language native to one or more of Poland, Czech, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan
- Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing, and public speaking

Position Overview
- Juniper is building an exceptional Cloud Ready Data Centre (CRDC) overlay sales team across the globe.
- The role is a technical hunter role in the global Go to Market overlay team for Juniper's CRDC portfolio within Central and Eastern Europe.
- The sales specialist needs to hunt new Private Cloud opportunities and support field sales teams.
Position Responsibilities
- Technical network knowledge and at least 5 years experience in technologies like 3 stage and 5 stage Clos, Data Centre interconnect, eVPN, VxLAN and automation.
- Using knowledge to find pain points and challenges.
- Cold acquisition per email or phone is a daily effort.
- Supporting the entire sales cycle from cold calls to qualify in/out, running a POC until close.
- Utilize the entire organizational resources to strengthen customer confidence in Juniper.
- Manage consistent & clear communication.
- Be seen as the go to person for this group in the region.
- Leverage and orchestrate resources across the company to bring full potential to bear on sales opportunities.
- Lead and champion capturing greater market share in CRDC.
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales achievement.
- Ensure Juniper is delivering a superior customer experience.
Individual Characteristics And Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive technical or technical sales roles in Data Centre networking.
- Key industry and customer (CxO) relationships in Data Centre networking industry.
- Experience selling high tech products (hardware, software, services) is required; prior CRDC sales experience mandatory, prior security experience desired.
- Exceptional customer facing/listening skills.
- Extensive knowledge of various channels (Distis, VARs, SIs, Carriers) with extensive relationships across the region.
- Language native to one or more of the listed countries would be ideal.
- Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing, and public speaking.
