Job Purpose

  • The Sales Representative at Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company plays a key role in driving the company's revenue growth by actively identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver tailored solutions that satisfy clients while meeting company objectives.
  • **Key Responsibilities****Sales & Business Development*** Generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Present and promote company products and services effectively to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • **Customer Relationship Management*** Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and support.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • **Reporting & Coordination*** Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Requirements

  • **Job Requirements*** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel if required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
