Responsibilities
- Manage all finance and accounting operations of the company
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities
- Analyze transportation, fleet, warehousing, and operational costs to improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT requirements, and statutory reporting
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making
- Monitor KPIs and support operational teams with cost optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or Fleet Management industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of VAT, taxation, and financial compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
