Sales Representative II

We're seeking a Sales Representative responsible for interacting directly with business owners at their place of business, community events, and job fairs across the area.

Your goal is to generate leads and appointments by calling, emailing and visiting local businesses.

As part of our sales team, you will explain the benefits of hiring temporary workers while representing the Goodwill brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

This entry-level, part-time position offers paid training and a chance to build valuable skills in sales, negotiation, strategic planning and closing techniques.

It’s a great opportunity to explore your creative side of communication while introducing solutions to meet changing workforce demands without long commitments.

We value customer-facing experience in any industry.

While backgrounds in areas such as sales, hospitality, retail, food service, education, or service are common examples, we welcome experience from any role that involves strong communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills-qualities that are essential for success in this position.

While direct marketing experience is a plus, it is not required.
