Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals within approved pricing structures.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.
- Track sales activities from lead generation to conversion and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Build and maintain long term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Conduct regular follow ups and meetings to understand evolving business needs.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional services.
- Understand client business objectives and requirements through detailed consultations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Recommend suitable corporate solutions including company formation, trademark registration, HR consulting, and related services.
- Design customized service packages aligned with client goals and structures.
- Generate leads through networking events, referrals, online platforms, and social media.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across target industries.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and Statements of Account (SOA).
- Ensure proper documentation, including KYC compliance, is completed and maintained.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage client requirements related to office space, meeting rooms, and business center services.
- Resolve client issues promptly to maintain service quality standards.
- Assist clients with UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with government authorities for licensing, renewals, amendments, and liquidations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and timely processing.
- Facilitate visa processing including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with clients and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with UAE immigration rules.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and administration teams.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Share client feedback and market insights to improve business strategy.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously improve strategies to enhance performance and revenue generation.
Pay
- AED 7,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month
