Part-time remote Sales Representative role focused on generating new business and nurturing existing customer relationships through virtual channels.
The role includes virtual sales activity, CRM recordkeeping, proposal preparation, internal coordination, market monitoring, and virtual training.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads.
- Conduct online or phone-based sales presentations.
- Follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Prepare basic quotes or proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process.
- Monitor market trends and share customer feedback.
- Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in sales, customer relationship management, and consultative communication.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and self-motivation skills for remote, part-time work.
- Comfort using CRM tools, email, video conferencing, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to understand customer needs, present solutions clearly, and handle objections professionally.
- Previous sales, account management, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional business or marketing education is a plus.
